2. How Can I Convert The Audio Private Posts (Ogg Vorbis format) to MP3?

A. Download the required files.

• Visit Audacity site at http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/ to download the latest version of the free Audacity sound editor for your operating system (Windows / Mac OS X / Linux/Unix).
  
  
• Visit http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq?s=install&item=lame-mp3 to download LAME MP3 encoder for your operating system which will allow Audacity to export MP3 files.

B. Install Audacity using the file you have downloaded.

C. Extract the LAME MP3 encoder file which you have downloaded. Save the file anywhere on your computer. We recommend you save it in the same folder as Audacity which you have just installed.

D. Simply "drag" an Allen Says' Audio files (Ogg Vorbis format) into Audacity, then use the function "Export as Mp3" to convert the file to MP3.

E. The first time you use the "Export as MP3" command, Audacity will ask you where the LAME MP3 encoder is saved and you just indicate accordingly.
